I thought this might be of interest to you. I met a brother from Uganda at our regular monthly meeting of the Mayor's Commission on African and Caribbean Immigrant Affairs last night.

We are celebrating the raising of the Ugandan Flag at City Hall on Friday, October 11. I immediately thought of you and that you might be interested in attending - so I'm sending a formal invite to you to attend.

The event takes place at 1:00 followed by other traditional Ugandan ceremonies and food.
