Of course you know that just as soon as I posted my Event Alert last week, a whole bunch of additional activities came pouring in - far too many to be ignored - and too important to make you wait for them.  And, even as I write this, by the time I post it, someone will have sent me more info - but that's the world we live it - so many wonderful things to do.  So here goes my EVENT ALERT EXTRA:

Before I post anything else, I must first post to all CALIFORNIA VOTERS

Subject: Invitation: Dental and Eye Care 101 for Refugee and Immigrant Communities

We’re happy to announce our next Health 101 for Refugee and Immigrant Communities workshop!
On June 7, starting at 1:30pm, we’ll be talking about Dental and Eye Care at the Whitman Library
at 2nd St. and Snyder Avenue.

Please share  with your colleagues and communities, so we can help bring this important
information to as many people as possible.

Unfortunately, we’ve been having issues with our voicemail system at the Health Department,
so the best way to reach me to register or with questions is by email.

Hope to see you and representatives from your communities and organizations on June 7th.
