is Pennsylvania State Rep. STEPHEN KINSEY 
, who is allegedly turning 65
this year, and is celebrating by hosting a Birthday Bash - EVENING OF
ELEGANCE - at the fabulous Germantown Cricket Club!! on Saturday, December 16th.
And you're gonna wanna be there to celebrate with him. Although, frankly speaking, he definitely does not look anywhere near 65 - or 55 for that matter. So I guess 65 is the new 45!
