2.  NEW MISSION STATEMENT:  

"Mobile Voters are on the roll,  we're taking our voters to the polls - by providing safe, free transportation, so that no mail destruction, suppression or disinformation will block us from our mission to vote our choice.  We're bridging the intergenerational divide by exercising our right vote and decide the way forward for ourselves and this nation."

 

3.  Our name has now been copywritten and protected:

1.  Crowd Funding and Go Fund Me  - Wanda Davis

2.  Bus info  -  Durham Bus  - Tamara

                       Other transportation options - Wanda

      ADOPT A BUS CONCEPT - Gloria

3.  Church info - NEW MINISTERS 

4.  Ward info -   RECEIPT OF WARD INFO

       Can now divide into regions and determine greatest need for 

        buses 

        We need volunteers to work on outreach -  Vanessa/Valerie

5.   G-Suite and email info - Theresa Brunson has set up system             

6.   Logo Info - We are considering logos for MOBILE VOTERS -

     Sis. Taleah Taylor is working on prototypes; 

     Brenda Dulan-Moore is submitting prototypes; 

     Graphic artist, Kira Harrell is submitting prototype for the organization to vote on

     Will be used for letter head, banners, buttons, etc.  - Taleah/Gloria

7.  Button and other souvenir items - Deborah Kelly  

8.  Media and Public Relations - Gloria/Tamara/Vanessa

     Gloria Dulan-Wilson will be on The Empowerment Zone Radio 

      on GOSPEL HIGHWAY 11 - 1110AM - 

The first show aired Monday September 14

Every Monday at 1:00PM until the election - They've given us 5 minutes to talk about Mobile Voters/PA - Reginald McGlawn is the host.
