There are so many Black people stepping up to the plate trying to provide us with the truth in a web of lies and mis-information We have to support their efforts, not for their sakes, but for ours. If there was ever a time when we have to be tuned in to those who are trying to keep us safe, well, healthy and cured, it's absolutely now.
Dr. Valda Crowder may not be a house hold name - and it's not necessary that she be one. She a doctor and a businesswoman who knows what we need to do to protect our health when it comes to Coronavirus.
She's also a member of Black Women For Positive Change/Pittsburgh Affiliate - A nationwide organization that came together 10 years ago to have a positive impact on issues of importance to Black people.
