Hello All:
I know you've been wondering what is happening with my GDW EVENT ALERTS - I've not been posting them recently - there has been so much going on that I've been materially involved in, that I haven't had a chance to just sit and compile this information the way I like to. Starting with the Congressional Black Caucus in September, I've been moving faster than thought - wow!
So I'm going to try and sit and recoup and regroup. There are so many events lately, it's unreal - you'd have to clone yourself twice to have any meaningful involvement and enjoyment - and you definitely cannot make them all - well, some of you might - but it would be a stretch.
Of course, I have to first give a shout out to my Alma Mater, LINCOLN UNIVERSITY - THE FIRST DEGREE GRANTING BLACK UNIVERSITY IN THE WORLD - we are celebrating our HOMECOMING this week end. In fact, Homecoming week officially kicked off last Saturday, October 6 - and we keep rolling on. I am urging all you LU LIONS and LIONESSES to come out and support the events this week end, October 12 - 14
