Algorithms, Heuristics, Software, Applicatioin(s), Program(s, ing), and Code(ing)
These terms have been heard in our lives since the 1960's. Even if you heard these terms in science fiction movies and books.
But what if these terms could be applied on a human-mental basis. I.E. Racism.
Jessie Williams said, in a video, before he made his famous BET speech.
"If you don't live around Black folks and you just watch tv, you're going to be racist. I'd be racist! It's a mathematical equation. You and the media and a fake ass history system that makes you believe that White people created any of this makes you think that Black people ain't worth a damn. Because when you're privileged and you're a fucking spoiled brat you complain about everything. When you get everything that you want, at all times, you complain when you don't get it. If you're rich and you fly first class for the first twelve years of your life and suddenly you ain't rich no more and you gotta fly coach, you're going to bitch about that. That's going to be uncomfortable. Something was taken from you. The thing is that we're not taking anything from anybody. We're not more violent than anybody. Fact. It's backed up by data. We're not more prone to misbehavior in school, yet we're brought directly into the prison system from suspension at incredibly disproportionate rates. We're not more prone to crime. We are more prone to poverty. And generational poverty is a very real thing. You can't corral an entire segment of the population into ghettos and away from the American dream and wonder why it doesn't look like a Norman Rockwell painting. Why would it be? You've decided that it can't be. Housing discrimination is the biggest fucking secret in this country. The suburbs were invented to uplift White America and to create a middle class and subsidize upward mobility when it was against the law for Black people to get those loans, against the law for Black people to own the actual deed to their homes.

A mental, psychological, conditioning by using intellectual programming and coding by using western/euro/American i.e. WHITE CULTURE VALUES in this particular education system?

What does that do the individual person in their thinking…of the dominant and of the oppressed group???
I've done a little research in American history and found that everything that white people are saying about blacks and all of the so-called problems that black people have and so call problems that black people cause (which blacks are not causing) are the same things that white people said about Jews, Native Americans, Irish, Aboriginals, Japanese, and Chinese.
To expose any human being to inhumane conditions…illiteracy, poor education, under funded programs, the results will automatically be violence mental problems, not because of ethnicity but because of the racist dominate rulings of those in authority in any given society.
So white culture values being applies in our society absolutely demands for those that are oppressed…to be labeled, and treated (programmed and valued) as uneducated, stupid, lazy, not worth the time, crazy, illogical, emotionally unstapled, etc, etc, etc. Not because these other humans have any actual lack in their human values but that the racist program demands those lacks to happen!!!
But what if those that are in the oppressed group reject the dominant value system' and reject those in, and that benefits from, the dominant value system???
The dominant group value(s) is that of compliance from those of the oppressed group that refuses to comply.
Would the oppressed group feel a sense of relief? YES!
Would the oppressed group feel and gain a new sense of self-worth, and self-value? YES!

Philosophy: Plato, Socrates, Kierkegaard, etc, etc, etc.
Science: Einstein, Newton, Darwin, Hawkins, etc, etc, etc.
Fashion: Vogue, GQ, Cosmopolitan, etc, etc, etc.
ALL WHITE MEN!!!
If you read only white-eurocentric books, and that is soooo easy to do, you will be called: intellectual, sophisticated, and erudite.
The oooo's and aaaa's' will be coming your way of utter admiration.

The black people that you call friend was because you saw them through your white values and they, by your white values, was ok. Your black friends were agreeable by your white values.

A black person that affirms, or at least is not a threat, to dominant white cultural value that's inside white people's minds, UNCONSCONIOUSLLY!! (Silent Racism)
And just how black people, that you call friend' do not (AND WILL NEVER) tell you white people what we really think.
