GDW EVENT ALERT EXTRA: The GodSquad to Host Community Forum on Reduction of Gun Violence In East Flatbush - TODAY - August 25th

By Gloria Dulan-Wilson

Hello All:

This just in:  This evening there will be an epoch-making gathering of elected officials, community leaders, activists, and residents to consolidate efforts on making East Flatbush a safer place to live.  Regardless of what plans you may have had for the evening, I think it imperative that you attend, participate, make recommendations and cooperate.

Th vent will be held at the TABERNACLE OF PRAISE CATHEDRAL , 1274 UTICA AVE FROM 7PM to 9PM.

I just received the information from 67th Precinct Clergy Council <67thclergycouncil@gmail.com >

and am forwarding it to your attention.

Should you require any additional information, please contact:
Rev. Alfred Cockfield, 718-913-0100
Pastor Gilford Monrose, 718-755-3418

I shouldn't tell you how important this is.  We all know that we are the ones who are responsible for what does or does not happen in our community.  We can only wait for so long for others to do what we should have been doing for ourselves and our families all along.  This is the time to be part of the solution, instead of watching the problem escalate.

The following is the press release I received with the relevant information about the participants and agenda.

Make it your business to be there.

Stay Blessed &
