I just received this emergency message and I'm circulating it throughout the family - it could be a matter of life and death - it is at the very least, cruel and unusual punishment to not allow his wife to be able to speak with him and provide him some human comfort - please respond immediately! Make the call and demand that his wife be allowed to see him.
