What a great beginning to Black History Month!  Ilyasah Shabazz is a friend and one of my favorite people on the planet.  She, along with her other sisters, has been instrumental in keeping the memory and achievements of her wonderful father and mother - the great Malcolm X, also known as El Hajj Malik el Shabazz, and Dr. Betty Shabazz - alive.  Dr. Betty Shabazz was also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority's New York Alumnae Chapter, and a dear friend. 

This is a great moment in history you won't want to miss, as she shares her thoughts and experiences as the daughter of these two wonderful icons of Black History.
