Hello All!
I would like to say I hope you had a great holiday - but I can't! At least not until we get this madness straight.
It appears that there's plenty Congress can do to prevent the predator in chief from taking the oath of office and becoming a dictator - further advancing his treasonous actions; but they don't seem to have the will to do so.
And I'm furious that we've kicked this can so far down the road!
And I'm not just upset with
the Dems in Congress who can actually get the job done without the
repuglycons; but also because this information is being given to us in
drips and drabs via the political podcasters. Clearly the meanstream
mediocre media menials have no intention of tell us that this is an
option. Their bosses, the corporate media who are cronies of the liar
in chief, have probably put a gag on their ability to tell the truth.

On with Jessica Denson demands the 14th Amendment Section 3 be upheld
(She is one of the few who is standing up to the Congress and demanding
they take action. Many of the so-called lawyers equivocate because
they're afraid of possible repercussions from the predator in chief!)
Section 3 of the 14th Amendment is not new! It's been examined now for at least half a year - well actually since 2020 when the jackass in chief rallied hoards of fools who believed his lies about the votes being stolen. Then the litany of mental masturbation over and over and over again about this where people can't actually decide that T-rump is not eligible and cannot serve or allowed to become the president.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

The subprime court has already shown that they
are in the back pocket of T-rump - and must be disabled from making any
decision about whether or not T-rump can be president. In fact, guess
what folks: No where in the 14th Amendment which was established after
the Civil War to make sure that no one who tried to over throw the
government could or would ever hold office of any kind in the
government! There is no where in there that says that the subprime
court had to rule. It says CONGRESS can rule!
CONGRESS CAN MAKE THE DECISION AND THEY MUST!
IT'S TIME FOR US TO PUT THIS RIGHT IN THEIR LAP AND DEMAND THAT THEY DO THEIR JOB AND SAVE AMERICA!
This is something a second grader could figure out without all the verbiage that has been going on over the past few months.
And guess what folks? The shoe is on the other foot: Vice President Harris can actually refuse to certify the Electoral College while this is being given the scrutiny it deserves! And I want to go on the line and say that if she certifies T-rump's election, it is an act of treason on her part. As a prosecutor, a lawyer, and investigator and and attorney general, she knows that she cannot throw America under the bus when all the evidence points out the culpability of this mendicant and his ineligibility to hold office - there is no way she can, in clear conscious and in the service of her country, that she can certify this election. And Subprime court should not MUST NOT be allowed to have any decision making position because it is clear that they are in and of themselves, by their very acts, UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND ENEMIES OF THE STATE.
So I am requesting that you call or write or meet with or all three your CONGRESS MEMBER - immediately, if not sooner - but definitely before they return to congress - while the Dems are still in the majority - and demand that they invoke Section 3 of the 14th Amendment!
It has to be done now - today - December 29, 2024 -
This is not something you can meander about! This is an emergency -
In case you don't have the info, I am providing the link below for you! If you know your address, and your state and city - it's a simple matter to find your rep. Write them, call them, share this info with your neighbors, church members and make sure you reach out to them. THEY WORK FOR YOU! MAKE THEM DO THEIR JOBS!! Now is not the time to throw in the towel!! It's time for a DEMOCRAT DECEMBER SURPRISE! TIME TO MAKE THE WORM TURN! You do not want to live four years under a jerk and his menials who are trying to strip you and your family of your rigthts!
SO GET UP, LOOK IT UP AND DEMAND THAT CONGRESS - INCLUDING THE CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS - DO THEIR JOB AND SAVE AMERICA!
And, after you write your congressman/woman - WRITE ANY OTHER MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT THEIR CONSTITUANT. THEY SHOULD ALL BE MADE AWARE THAT AMERICA IS WATCHING!!!

was one of the most consequential presidents post election ever -
dedicating his life in service to the benefit of Americans. My
condolences to his family, Habitat for Humanity, and Americans of good
will everywhere! May he rest in peace!
