Where to vote Early in Philly - Time to Go to the PARTY & VOTE!!

I went to Philly City Hall and told them that we were there for the  Party!

When she asked me "What Party!"

I told her: "THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY!"

She cracked up - then said "No Problem! We definitely have the Party You're looking for!"

So remember, when you go to vote - tell them you are there for the party - the DEMOCRATIC PARTY! And after you vote, go and party for real.
