America is at a crossroads!  Never have the stakes been higher. We are days away from a pivotal presidential election.  In the midst of a pandemic, our capacity to vote by mail has been under attack.  In Philadelphia, as a result of Covid-19, polling places in senior citizen facilities have been removed, leaving Seniors without access to voting.

COVID-19 put our country in a tragic state of emergency losing us jobs, small businesses, food insecurities, education programs, health care benefits and most of all “Too Many Lives.”

While many were looking to the US postal service to vote, it became apparent that perhaps vote by mail had already been compromised when it was learned that Pennsylvania had denied over 1.4 million votes!! That’s 10% of the state’s population!! 

Many polling places have been closed down, moved or consolidated, leaving voters in a quandary as to where to vote. Others’ don’t feel secure riding public transportation, and might use that as a reason to not get out and vote in the most important election in our history

MobileVoters.PA was organized by a group of Black Women out of a need to help “change things!”  We needed massive efforts to take people to the polls safely so they could cast their votes across Philadelphia!  This is even more essential now that Pennsylvania has early voting!  MobileVoters.PA is planning to blanket Philadelphia with VoteVans during the early voting phase to carry voters to and from the polls.  And, on Election day, for those who haven’t already voted, there will be an all out massive push to the polls!  We will abide by the CDC requirements of social distancing and masks.

But we need your help to make this a success - so that we can help others who have been overlooked or are the victims of apathy and feel their votes don’t count.

We have started a Mobile Voters PA GO FUND ME to help underwrite the vans, buses, drivers, ward leaders and others who have come together to work with us in taking our voter turn out from 38% to 75%.

We need your help in leasing the vans, school buses, and paying the drivers to transport voters to and from the polls during early voting and election day.  Our target goal is to raise $175,000 buses, vans, hand sanitizers, gloves, face masks, and other safety equipment.
