By Gloria Dulan-Wilson

Hello All:

These are sad times indeed as we say farewell to Jannie Blackwell, whose term as City Council Representative for Philadelphia ends soon.  For this reason, instead of holding our regular meeting at City Hall, the MCACIA will hold its regular Tuesday meeting on Tuesday, November 12, at the African American Museum on 7th and Arch Streets - 6:00 PM.

Jannie Blackwell Recently Honored by Lincoln University

Come out and honor her for her years of service, loyalty and love.
