GDW EVENT ALERT: Wake Up and Stay Woke on WPFW.FM on The Legacy of John Conyers 10:00AM Wednesday, October 30

Hello All:

The recent transition of two great congressmen has the Black community reeling.  Dr. Efaye Williams will be discussing the legacy of the late Congressman John Conyers on her popular radio show WAKE UP and STAY WOKE.  The show, which airs every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 11:00AM on WPFW.FM Radio, 89.3 is hosted by Dr. Williams, who focuses on issues and individuals of relevance and impact to Black people locally and nationally.  

You can tune in on your computer, cell phone, or your regular radio.  If you miss it, you can also log on to www.wpfwfm.org and listen to the archived version of the show.

Pacifica Radio is a public radio station that supports itself via donations from the community.  Being listener supported means it provides opportunities for a variety of points of view and concerns.
