family. I wanted to also remind you of a tremendous affordable housing
opportunity taking place this upcoming Wednesday, May 29, starting at 11am.
This
senior housing opportunity that includes over 110 units of affordable
senior housing, located at 112 St. Edwards Street, at the corner of
Myrtle Avenue and St. Edwards Street. This is a 6-story building
situated on Ingersoll NYCHA property, which is brand new construction,
and will have a state of the art senior center on it’s lower level.
Again, your application opportunity opens this Wednesday, May 29th at 11am and only the first 2000 people will have the opportunity to put in an application through the online portal.
Applications are accepted First-Come First-Served, so people must apply the moment the application goes live on the Internet.

age or older at the time of application and meet the income and
household size requirements may apply.

• Full Social Security Number
• Email Address: Confirmation of application will be sent to this email address
(NYCHA will document confirmation number for resident if no email exist)

3.) A person who needs assistance can go to the mobile digital van located at 177 Myrtle Avenue on WEDNESDAY, MAY 29 AT 10:30AM

Any person can put in the application for their beloved senior but they
will need the applicants social security number, email address, current
living location and mailing address
We
need every opportunity to keep our seniors ageing in place that allows
them a chance to thrive in our incredible Fort Greene community!
Additional notes:
· For a 1-person household in a studio, annual household income can range from $0- $37,350
· For a 1 or 2-person household in a 1-bedroom, annual household income can range from $0- $42,700
· Seniors for this opportunity are noted as 62 and older
· A senior must be head of household and a non-senior can live with the senior (a combined salary must not exceed $42,700)
